Free Money
I listen to the radio alot and one of the main things I always remember about it is all that free money they keep giving out. Today they said on the station they have given out a total of $47,000 on the show. Just given the money away to caller number 12 or whatever. I wonder how radio station work, how can they have money like that to just give away? I understand they have radio ads but does that really generate enough revenue to pay the radio staff and have some left over to just give away to people who call in? I guess so.
Maybe I should start my own radio station fill it with as many radio ads as possible without making it terrible like on the local stations (ie 10 minutes of ads for ever 3 songs) and then maybe one day I can start giving out free money like that. I dont know that sounds great.

I won a top 10th caller thing once. They sent me a nice little package. The thing is, they probably are getting that money from sponsorships; but the money to caller number 12 usually is only won if they can answer some stupid question correctly, no?
